Thank You!
On Sunday, February 16th, Pam Ulicny shared her experiences in South Africa on what she called her retirement trip of her lifetime. The ultimate destination was Australia, but she stopped at Cape Town South Africa along the way. This was Pam's fourth trip to South Africa and her third time serving Aspire Youth, an organization that provides holistic support, job skills, and employment opportunities to young South African adults in poverty. Pam took with her three extra suitcases filled to capacity with items donated from the community to be given to her contacts in Aspire Youth South Africa. Pam was also able to purchase much-needed supplies for a couple who just had a baby. Thanks to the generous support of our congregation through our Aspire Youth Fund, Pam secured funds to sponsor a woman during an entire year of the Aspire Youth program, which provides holistic support, training, job skills, entrepreneurship, and career options to young women and men living in poverty. Thanks, Pam, for all the mission work you do with Aspire Youth. Trinity is honored to support you in your work.
TLC’s Youth Sunday
On Sunday, February 23rd, Trinity was blessed by having our youth lead us in worship. The theme of our Youth Sunday worship was “Surrounded by Prayer”. What a wonderful and inspirational service it was! Thank you, Kylene Kroh, for your leadership and for providing this opportunity for our youth to grow in their faith as they led us in worship.
