January Highlights
The New Mr. and Mrs
Congratulations to Katelyn Morgan and Matthew Neiswender who were married on Sunday, January 19, 2020. Katelyn is the daughter of Paula and Chris Morgan. We extend our love and best wishes to the happy couple.
Soup Sunday
Our first Soup Sunday was held on Sunday, January 19th and provided not only delicious soup and great fellowship but also an opportunity to talk with our visitor from Haiti about water accessibility in Haiti.
Agape Community Meal
On January 8th there were 82 who enjoyed our Agape Community Meal. We thank all those who helped make it possible and look forward to this time of fellowship in February.
Breakfast with the Bible
At January’s Breakfast with the Bible we had a wonderful conversation about God opening the story of salvation to the Gentiles and how we need to break down the boundaries we often put up around each other spiritually and otherwise. Thanks to all who attended!
Miles to Mend
In January, our Miles to Mend program assisted one person who was nominated for assistance. If you know of anyone who is going through ongoing medical treatment that cause them to travel often, please remember that you can nominate them using the forms located in the office entrance. We have this fund designated specifically to help those in need in our community.
